Instructions for bidding:

Surplus vehicles may be viewed at Oktaha School during office hours, Monday-Thursday 9:00A-Noon & 1:30P-3:00P.

Deadline for bids: June 7, 2024 at 3:00P

Bids will be opened June 10, 2024 at the regular meeting of the Board of Education. Vehicles must be paid in full and picked up June 15, 2024.

Vehicles are being sold “AS IS” NO WARRANTY

Bid must include the following information;

• Description of item(s)
• Amount of bid on each item
• Printed name, address, cell phone number, and email
• Signature

Sealed bids must be hand delivered to the Superintendent’s Office. Bids may be turned in to office personnel or left in the locked drop box outside the Superintendent’s Office.
